Penerangan CU | Advertising And Promotion Corporate Communication is an activity to deliver message issued by a corporate organization, body, or institute to its publics. "Publics" can be both internal (employees, stakeholders, i.e. share and stock holders) and external (agencies, channel partners, media, government, industry bodies and institutes, educational and general public). It also focuses on strategies and methods that could be applied into solving business communication problems in various ways. Corporate communication is the central to all areas of global and local communication in businesses. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be the custodian of all communication and media/public relations activity. This person will need to create the communication & media plans and implement communication activities, track and analyze their performance while ensuring that the overall strategic objectives are met, Overall this person should be mastering the excellent managerial, strategic planning, writing, speaking, technical and social skills. It helps to develop the communication more effectively.The outcome of these competencies is to ensure a better and effective communications flow among stakeholders (both internal & external) at all levels and corporate activities such as corporate branding, corporate identity, corporate responsibility, corporate reputation, crisis communication, investor relations, and public relations (involving issue management and media relations). |
