| Penerangan CU | Group Case Management describes the competencies required to work with groups of individuals with similar issues and needs towards improving social functionality and their ability to solve their problems. Type of groups administered by Social workers according to the needs and goals of the intervention involving the Treatment Groups and the Task Groups. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform group engagement, perform group case assessment, perform intervention planning, execute group session and perform group evaluation and termination. The outcome of this CU is to achieve results that lead to increased group’s functionality and wellbeing. |
