General Bicycle Services describes the competency in servicing a bicycle periodically as well as prior to any specific riding objectives. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to Identify general bicycle services job requirement, carry out cleaning process, carry out bicycle visual inspection process, carry out lubricating process and carry out work area housekeeping. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that customer bicycle are cleaned and serviced properly and effectively in accordance with customer’s requirements, manufacturer’s specification, and company standard operating procedure. |
