| Penerangan CU | Aircraft Component Joining describes the competencies required for assembling aircraft components together either using methods such as fastening, bushing/ bearing installation, riveting, bolt and nut installation, screw/ stud securing or adhesive bonding. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify joining work requirement, secure aircraft component, install bushing and bearing, perform rivet joining, perform bolt and nut joining, perform screw/ stud joining, perform adhesive bonding, perform joined aircraft component checking and complete job sheet. The outcome of this competency is aircraft componentsjoined together using specific methods according to work instruction. |
