The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify OCS management requirements, plan OCS activities, manage OCS activities and produce OCS activities report. The outcome of this competency is the ability to achieve the goals and objectives of the OCS project, and to ensure that rendered services meet specified standard & specifications. |
