Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in courier staff and agent performance evaluation and review. He or She is the person who able to focus in peoples development and capability in order to evaluate staff. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify courier staff performance evaluation requirement, plan courier staff performance evaluation and review session, conduct and review staff performance evaluation session, recommend staff performance achievement and improvement and evaluate agent performance. The outcome of this competency is to produce courier and agent which able maintain the quality in order to produce an excellent service to customer in accordance with company policy, SOP and Local Authority regulation. The personnel who are to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:- Not applicable. |

Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to examine and evaluate employee work behaviour and courier practices and provide feedback to the management and employee to show where and why improvements are needed in accordance with company’s SOP, company’s policy and Labour Law. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to: - • Identify courier staff performance evaluation requirement • Plan courier staff performance evaluation and review session • Conduct and review staff performance evaluation session • Recommend staff performance achievement and improvement • Evaluate agent performance |
