The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify courier services sales & marketing requirements, arrange meeting appointment, prepare sales and marketing kits, present service proposal and submit proposal documents for processing. The outcome of this competency is to produce knowledgeable personnel on services and can achieve their target in sale and marketing in accordance with company policy and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
