| Penerangan CU | Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant Machineries Maintenance describes the competencies required to fix any sort of mechanical, plumbing or electrical device malfunctions. Maintenance activities also include performing routine actions to keep the device in working order or preventing problems from arising as well as a combination of all technical and corresponding administrative and supervision actions. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant (ADBP) machineries maintenance schedule, perform Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant (ADBP) maintenance conforming to Permit To Work (PTW), carry out Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant (ADBP) machinery and equipment corrective maintenance activities, coordinate Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant (ADBP) machinery preventive maintenance activities and produce Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant (ADBP) machinery maintenance activities report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that operations for Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant (ADBP) run smoothly in a cost effective and most profitable manner based on manufacturer’s specifications and organisation Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) |
