The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to gather budgeting and controls information and documents, prepare financial budget, analyse budget computation and monitor budget implementation. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the budget performance monitored and reviewed periodically in order to control the cost as well as to increase the company profit.
