| Penerangan CU | Instrumentation Contract and Procurement Management involves in the contract agreement development, procurement documentation control, budgeting and payments and also the performances of consultant, vendors and suppliers in performing the works. The person who is competent in the CU shall be able to approve instrumentation contract and procurement documents, finalise instrumentation contractual and general requirements, establish instrumentation budget control, approve payment claim, review consultant performance and review contractor and supplier performances and review completion of instrumentation work The goal and outcome of having the competency unit is to ensure that vendor or supplier performance maximized according to requirements, contract agreement and incompliance with authorization bodies requirements. |
