The person who is competent in the CU shall be able to determine instrumentation contract requirements, assess payment claims, produce instrumentation progress report, comply regulatory requirements and prepare procurement requirements. The goal and outcome of having the competency unit is to ensure the goods, services or works are received at the best possible price and aspects such as quality, quantity, delivery time and location according to contract requirements. |
