| Penerangan CU | Instrumentation Risk Mitigation is a process of identification, assessment, and prioritization of risk followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability and/or impact of unfortunate events. Risk mitigation is a systematic reduction in the extent of the exposure of the risk and the likelihood of its occurrence. The person who is competent in the CU shall be able to produce instrumentation risk management plan, produce instrumentation risk mitigation plan, perform instrumentation risk mitigation work and evaluate risk action plan. The goal and outcome of having the competency unit to determine the occurrence of a hazardous event or exposure(s) and the severity of injury or ill health that can be caused by the event or exposure(s). |
