Penerangan CU | Front office telephone services describes the competency of handling telephone calls to comply with telephone etiquette. The competent person in this CU shall be able to handle guest request, emergency call, maintain hotel telephone directory, monitor Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PABX) system and monitor TV channel and in house pipe music according to hotel’s Standard Operating Procedures. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that front office telephone operator equipped with knowledge and skills to carry out telephone calls professionally and in an efficient manner. |
