Penerangan CUF&B Reservation Handling is the competence of managing guest reservations efficiently and systematically. It starts with a call or walk-in guest until the decision is reached. It is necessary that every reservation received should be managed efficiently to avoid overlapping reservations
The person whom is competent in this CU will be able to handle table reservation enquiry, carry out table reservation and delegate reservation task
The outcome of this competency is to ensure that any reservation received can be aligned with existing operations and meet the needs of guests
