He or she is the person who gauges warehouse customer relation services status and solves customer service related issues. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to assess warehouse customer relation services specification and requirements, prepare customer relation services action plan, perform customer relation services management, evaluate customer relation services effectiveness and report customer relation services activities to meet establishment requirement.
