Penerangan CU | Outside Catering Setting Up & Closing describes the competency in preparing and arranging kitchen and buffet equipment pre and post outside catering operations according to work instructions and establishment’s Standard Operating Procedure. The competent person in this CU shall be able to identify outside catering handling requirements, prepare stewarding operating equipment, set up stewarding operating equipment, perform outside catering service closing work and perform work area & equipment housekeeping. The outcome of this competency is the ability to prepare and arrange kitchen & buffet equipment for outside catering by complying with work instructions and establishment’s Standard Operating Procedure. |
