| Penerangan CU | Pressurised Equipment Components Assembly is the process of joining two or more components, which include flange, pipes, head, shell course and non pressure parts (ladder, lug and saddle) using specific tools & equipment, technique and procedure to become complete pressurised equipment in accordance with drawing specifications. The personnel who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform component fit-up, perform shellhead assembly, perform nozzle shell-head assembly, perform non pressure parts assembly and perform component bolting. The outcome of this competency is to ensure joining size, edges, measurement, appearances and dimension in accordance with approved drawings and within code specification tolerances . |
