| Penerangan CU | Incident Operation Planning describes the competencies required to collect, evaluate and disseminate data to execute operation at incident scene, which will be performed by Section Coordinator according to relevant procedures. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare pre-action plan, prepare incident action plan (IAP), establish communication plan, provide operational equipment, prepare situation report (SITREP) and establish emergency contact. The outcome of this CU is to ensure that all incident operation planning is executed efficiently within time, cost and resources according to standard and procedure. |
