| Penerangan CU | Localised community hosting is an entrepreneurial undertaking. Localised community hosts have commercial responsibilities other than their duty of care towards tour members. They have to promote their services and handle financial matters to ensure business sustainability and profitability. In line with new trends of consumer behaviour, they also have to leverage on technology and business networking in the tourism supply chain to identify new business opportunities. The person who is competent in this unit shall be able to identify business opportunities, determine tourism supply chain, promote hosting services and handle business finance. The outcome of this unit is career sustainability for the localised community host. |
