The person who is competent in this CU should be able to supervise syces’ work activities, conduct in-house training, carry out emergency situation handling and organise parents/guardians/therapist meeting. The outcome of this CU is to produce a person who is competent to lead and supervise a group of personnel in ensuring a successful therapy training programme and horse riding therapy activities. |
