An organization's data is recognized as the most vital asset of an enterprise. Weak in data management are less likely to survive in the modern business. Therefore, this competency is important in supporting data management of the organization.
A competent person in this competency unit shall be able to gather customer experience data, implement data processing,maintain database, compile data record and generate database changes urgent notification.
The outcome of this competency unit is to provide an effective data processing services by ensuring enough, relevance and accurate customer experience data for the organization to understand its customer experience, related affairs and utilize the data to produce an accurate business decision in accordance with the organization requirement.
