The competent person shall be able to make arrangement on entrance tickets, meals, accommodation, transportation, tourist guide; handle guests special request and performing contingency activities on transportation, entrance ticket, meal, accommodation, transportation, tourist guide and special request; handle unforeseen emergencies situation and handle sick or injured guests The outcome of this competency is to ensure smooth arrangement of inbound handling activities with contingency measures handled professionally on time in accordance with industry best practices. |
