Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in public cleansing customer’s complaint rectification. He or she is the person who is responsible to handle public cleansing customers’ complaints within the specified timeframe. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to receive public cleansing customer complaint, verify public cleansing customer complaint, rectify public cleansing customer complaint and produce public cleansing complaint report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure all customers complaints are rectified, root causes are identified and mitigating measures to avoid repetitive complaint are implemented for continuous improvement towards Zero Complaint target. |
