Penerangan CU | Sewage Sludge Desludging and Discharge Prevention and Resolution Administration describe the competency in managing the issues in customers complains, preventive and responsive action and promotion planning for desludging. A competent person in this CU shall be able to identify customer complaints, prepare responsive plan, prepare promotional plan, develop promotional plan and organize promotional activities. The outcome of this competency is to provide a customer complaints management and resolutions in accordance with company’s level of service (LOS). |
