| Penerangan CU | Mill production process optimisation describes the competency in coordinating production process based on approved production schedule to ensure all station is operating within determined efficiency. A competent person in this CU shall be able to identify production requirements, coordinate FFB supply requirements, prepare production schedule, coordinate FFB sterilisation process activity, coordinate threshing process, coordinate digestion & pressing process, coordinate clarification process, coordinate nut plant process, coordinate mill by-product disposal and prepare production report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the production process running efficiently according to production target and production planning and meet determined quality standard by MPOB, PORAM & industry standard guidelines. |
