| Penerangan CU | Project management on a ship is similar to any other project management activities where the main activities are project deliverables executed according to specification, budget, time frame and manpower requirement. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to plan marine mechanical project requirements, implement marine mechanical project management activities, evaluate marine mechanical project activities progress and validate marine mechanical project management activities in accordance with organization requirements, procedures and recognized by international standard. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the projects are managed with the highest level of quality, no wastage of resources and project outcome meet the expectation specified. |
