| Penerangan CU | Apparel salesman sample making describes the competency in making apparel for the purpose of marketing or showroom display. The size that is commonly sewn as salesman sample is “M” and the quantity prepared may be as small as 10 pieces or even up to a thousand pieces. The salesman sample making is performed by one person if the quantity is small or collectively as a group work if the quantity is big. A competent person in this CU shall be able to determine salesman sample sewing requirements, prepare tools and materials, check salesman sample cut pieceith embellishment, attach accessories onto salesman sample cut piece, perform sewing machine set up, sew salesman sample apparel, perform salesman sample rework and record salesman sample sewing activities. The outcome of this competency is to sew sample of various size and quantity, measurements, specified stitch quality and detailed in accordance with buyer’s requirements. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to sew sample apparel of various size and quantity in accordance with buyer’s requirements. Upon completion of this competency units, trainees will be able to:- 1. Determine salesman sample sewing requirements 2. Prepare tools and materials 3. Check salesman sample cut piece with embellishment 4. Attach sewing accessories onto salesman sample cut piece 5. Perform sewing machine set up 6. Sew salesman sample apparel 7.
