| Penerangan CU | Capacity Building Project Management is a process of developing and strengthening the skills, instincts, abilities, processes and resources that CBR centre and communities need to survive, adapt, and thrive in the fast-changing world. A competent person in this CU shall be able to prepare CBR centre capacity building program requirements, implement CBR centre training activities for workforce and evaluate CBR centre capacity building program implementation. The outcome of this competency is to ensure CBR workers are empowered by providing them with resources, opportunities, knowledge and skill needed to increase their capacity. |
