Penerangan CUThis competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in staffing management functions. The role of staffing manager is to plan, organize, implement and control all resources allocated to his/her department in order to achieve staffing objectives.
The person who is competent in Staffing Management will be able to perform HR planning management, perform human resource recruitment management, perform HR selection management, perform HR hiring & deployment management, perform contract for labour management, perform HR separation management, and perform foreign employee employment management in accordance with organizational requirement.
An effective Staffing Administrator should be able to ensure that the manpower requirements of SME’s operations are timely and adequately supplied with the right competency, strength and reliability. The manpower should be developed at the most economical cost and economically retain them for a short and long term organizational growth in accordance with organizational requirements.
The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically.

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this CU shall be able to ensure that the manpower requirements of SME’s operations are timely and adequately supplied with the right competency, strength and reliability.
