Penerangan CU | Halal Poultry Slaughterhouse and Processing Compliance describes the competency in performing assessment of Halal slaughter and processing compliance following the set guidelines prior to audit by regulatory body A competent person in this CU shall be able to assess Halal poultry pre slaughtering operations, assess poultry Halalan toyyiban slaughter practice and post slaughtering operations, assess Halal poultry slaughterhouse storage and distribution and generate Halal poultry slaughterhouse and processing compliance reports The outcome of this competency is to ensure Halal integrity of poultry based on the concept of effective quality management system in accordance with regulatory body (JAKIM) guidelines for Halal Assurance Management System and Malaysian Protocol for the Halal Meat and Poultry Productions. To perform this CU, the competency owner is required to be a practicing Muslim and fully understands Halal poultry slaughterhouse and processing compliance requirements |
