Penerangan CUHalal Poultry Slaughtering Administrative works describe the competency in planning managing the resources namely manpower machines and day to day management of workplace for slaughterhouse operation

A competent person in this CU shall be able to perform tasks as a slaughter man, checker and supervisor development programs, perform Halal slaughtering tools, machinery and equipment administration, evaluate customer complaints, arrange sertu process and prepare Halal poultry slaughterhouse operation budget

The outcome of this competency is to ensure Halal integrity of poultry based on the concept of effective quality management system in accordance with JAKIM guidelines for Halal Assurance Management System and Malaysian Protocol for the Halal Meat and Poultry Productions.

To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to fully understanding of poultry slaughterhouse administration

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform Halal poultry slaughterhouse administrative work. Upon completion of this competency units, trainees will be able to:-
1. Perform slaughter man, checker and supervisor development programs
2. Perform Halal slaughtering tools, machinery and equipment administration
3. Evaluate customer complaints
4. Arrange sertu process
5. Prepare Halal poultry slaughterhouse operation budget
