| Penerangan CU | Textile Dyeing Operation Supervision describes the competencies required to supervise the various stages in the dyeing operation to ensure pre-treatment, dyeing and after-treatment processes are performed according to specified requirements. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to verify dyeing process parameters, monitor dyeing work progress and perform colour matching. The outcome of this competency is the production of dyed fabric that meets clients’ output performance and quality requirements. |

Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- 1. Verify pre-treatment process parameters 2. Verify dyeing process parameters 3. Monitor work progress 4. Perform colour matching . |
