| Penerangan CU | Palm Oil Milling Preventive Maintenance Coordination describes the competency in planning and regularly performed palm oil mill plant mechanical maintenance to lessen the likelihood of it failing, and avoiding unexpected breakdown while reducing maintenance and plant idle cost over the long run to achieve mechanical maintenance objectives of the organization. A competent person in this CU shall be able to implement plant preventive maintenance, perform preventive maintenance inspection, perform plant overhaul exercise and perform preventive maintenance record administration The outcome of this competency is to clearly understand the plant machinery operation behaviour through its manufacturer’s specification, and thorough operational historical data analysis, anticipate plant issues, formulate and implement necessary course of action proactively in maintaining uninterrupted running of the plant in accordance with organization’s requirements. |
