A competent person in this CU shall be able to perform team communication activities, perform mechanical maintenance team attendance management, perform mechanical maintenance resources allocation, perform performance appraisal exercise, perform mechanical workshop administration assistance and perform subordinate training The outcome of this competency is to lead the mechanical maintenance team in providing mechanical maintenance services, to achieve plant mechanical maintenance objectives in accordance with organization’s requirements. |
