Penerangan CU | Poultry Slaughterhouse Halal Assurance Management System (HAS) establishment describes the competency in selecting members to develop, control and monitor the halal critical points in a poultry slaughterhouse. A competent person in this CU shall be able to set up Internal Halal Committee (IHC), validate poultry slaughtering process, identify and confirm poultry slaughterhouse Halal Critical Points (HCP), develop poultry slaughterhouse Halal Assurance Management System (HAS) and organize Internal Halal Committee (IHC) meeting. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the halal poultry slaughterhouse and processing procedures are followed and revised according to JAKIM requirements via Halal Assurance Management System (HAS) guidelines. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to understand the slaughtering process procedures and Halal Assurance Management System (HAS) requirements |

Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to identify halal critical points, develop Halal Assurance Management System (HAS), set up and organize committee meeting.
