| Penerangan CU | Dump truck operations describes competency in operating, controlling and maneuverer a dump truck to designated area. A dump truck (or, UK, dumper/tipper truck) is a truck used for transporting loose material (such as sand, gravel, or demolition waste) for construction. A typical dump truck is equipped with an open-box bed, which is hinged at the rear and equipped with hydraulic pistons to lift the front, allowing the material in the bed to be deposited ("dumped") on the ground behind the truck at the site of delivery. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform dump truck routine check, perform dump truck pre-manoeuvre test, organize work area activities, operate dump truck and shutdown dump truck operation. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that an operator handle safely a dump truck and load in accordance with job requirement, company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and machinery operating manual. |
