This competency is important as it inspire success, provide a direction and unite team strength to strive toward the desired goals. A competent person in this competency unit shall be able to perform manpower allocation, perform attendance administration, perform performance administration, perform inventory control assistance, and perform team members training The outcome of this competency is to deliver the stipulated highway traffic safety operation standard within a given period at a stipulated resources while generating continuously increasing highway user satisfaction in accordance with organization requirement. In performing highway traffic safety operation supervisory functions the highway traffic safety operation supervisor must possess a valid car driving licence and motorcycle licence due to the nature of this activity that utilizes vehicle in completing the task. |
