A competent person in this CU shall be able to coordinate PWD economic empowerment program, coordinate PWD skills empowerment program, coordinate PWD education empowerment program and coordinate PWD social empowerment program. The outcome of this competency is to ensure PWD are empowered by providing them with resources, opportunities, knowledge and skill needed to increase their capacity. |
