The competent person in this CU shall be able to check occupancy of hotel and VIP arrivals, inspect drive way cleanliness and staff grooming, verify all transportation requirements for the day, coordination of job assignments for the bell team, manage mails and parcel, escort VIP arrivals, provide references for guest who needs assistance and information, audit luggage storage and prepare concierge management monthly report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that concierge associate equipped with knowledge and skills to perform a fast and efficient concierge services. |
