| Penerangan CU | Money Changing Operation describes the competency in performing money changing process that ensures MSB statutory requirement compliance, accurate transaction and error free cash count to achieve given MSB front line objectives and organizational requirement. A competent person in this CU shall be able to display current currency exchange, perform money changing process, perform cash balancing and generate internal suspicious transaction report. The outcome of this competency is to provide systematic, accurate and efficient money changing process that comply with all stipulated statutory requirements, generate friendly and high MSB counter service standard in accordance with organisation’s requirements. |
