| Penerangan CU | MSB Operation Administration describes the competency in planning, organizing, leading and controlling of all resources in assisting organisational management to create the highest level of efficiency possible within organisation to generate highest long term operating profit of the organisation while complying with all required statutory provision. A competent person in this CU shall be able to administer strategic MSB Operation plan implementation, administer Operational resources utilization, administer Operational Cost Control and administer MSB Operational Record. The outcome of this competency is to provide management assistance for an effective resources utilization in producing quality MSB services/product at an effective cost that can be offered at a competitive market price while capturing the desired profit margin and complying with all required statutory provision in accordance with organizational requirement. |
