Penerangan CU | Human Resource Administration describes the competency in planning, organizing, leading and controlling human resource functions in assisting management to achieve organizational goals. A competent person in this CU shall be able to administer Human Resource Planning and Policy Development, administer Organisational Staffing, administer Human Resource Compensation, administer Human Resource Development, administer Employee-Employer Relations Management and administer Occupational Safety & Health. The outcome of this competency is to assist management to provide a complete, systematic and responsible Human Resource Management that ensure high employee availability, effectiveness, flexibility and economic contribution at the most effective cost possible while promoting harmony and long term mutually benefit employee-employer relations in accordance with organizational requirement. |
