| Penerangan CU | Car Detailing Supervisory Functions describes the competency in planning, organising, leading and controlling all allocated resources for car detailing front line operation to achieve unit objectives. A competent person in this CU shall be able to perform inventory control, perform customer relations activities, perform performance management, prepare car detailing report, perform team communication activities and perform subordinate training. The outcome of this competency is to provide systematic, objective focused and marketing oriented car detailing services in ensuring the achievement of short, medium and long term business objectives in accordance with organisation’s requirement. |
