| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude in security operation management based on forecast business plan, types of resources available, additional resources scheduled and setup, budget and strength of Security Company. Number of manpower deployment required and budget required in order to monitor present operation and launch new businesses. The person who is competent in security operation management shall be able to coordinate security operation resources control, coordinate security operation resources procurement scheduling, organize setting up of security operation resources, manage manpower recruitment requirements and organize staff development and training. The outcome of this competency is to enhanced present security operation resources and develops new business in accordance with organizational guidelines and standard regulation. |
