The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to organize electrical refurbishment procedure document, prepare refurbishment work requirement checklist, carry out refurbishment work, and prepare electrical refurbishment work report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure improve functionality of electrical equipment through systematic electrical equipment overhaul job on ship in accordance with The 2010 Manila Convention Standard Training Certification and Watch-keeping (STCW 2010) and industry standard of practice. |
