| Penerangan CU | MSB Compliance Training describes the competency in planning, organising, lead and control MSB Compliance training function of the organization in ensuring the competence personnel with right attitude are enough and available to serve the company whenever required. A competent person in this CU shall be able to conduct MSB Compliance Training need analysis, develop MSB Compliance Training Curriculum, develop MSB Compliance Training material, deliver MSB Compliance training and evaluate MSB Compliance training programme. The outcome of this competency is to provide sufficient knowledge and skills to the new comer, continuous performance improvement, work efficiency improvement and new technology competency in a way to reduce MSB compliance risks and achieve organisational goals. |
