| Penerangan CU | Fibre Optic Cable (FOC) network assurance management describes the corrective maintenance. Corrective maintenance rectifies any faults or immediate breakdowns of fibre optic cables upon the detection or occurrence of a failure. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify Trouble Ticket (TT) information, plan restoration activities, monitor restoration work progress and close TT status The outcome of this competency is to fibre optic defect and maintain the condition of the fibre optic cable simultaneously, fix any damages occurred within the time frame in accordance with company policy, SOP and Local Authority regulation. |
