| Penerangan CU | Batik production quality assurance requires the personnel to inspect the accomplished work to ensure its alignment with the contract / client requirements and company’s policy. The personnel who are competent in quality assurance shall be able to develop customer survey / feedback form, analyse customer satisfaction level to determine quality of services rendered and manage quality action plan. The outcome of this competency is to develop competent manpower in understanding and improving operational processes; identifying problems quickly and systematically; establishing valid and reliable service performance measures and measuring customer satisfaction and other performance outcomes. |
