The personnel who are competent in staff development management shall be able to assess staff development management requirements, prepare department training plan, conduct actual training, carry out counselling & motivation session, develop departmental succession plan and evaluate staff development requirements effectiveness. The outcome of this competency is to develop competent manpower in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and job description. |
