| Penerangan CU | Architectural schematic design production is the stage of developing study drawings, documents, or other media that illustrate the concepts of the design and include spatial relationships, scale, and form for the client to review. Schematic design also is the research phase of the project, when zoning requirements or jurisdictional restrictions are discovered and addressed as stipulated in Schematic Design Phase under Architects Act, 1967. A person who is competent in schematic design production shall be able to prepare site visit requirement checklist, prepare local authorities requirements checklist, analyse project brief, draw schematic design and confirm schematic design. The outcome of this competency is to produce schematic design that covers a site plan, floor plan(s), sections, an elevation, and other illustrative materials; computer images, renderings, or models. Typically the drawings include overall dimensions, and a construction cost is estimated according to client and company requirements. |
